New Year Rate is £144 per night (minimum of a 3 night stay) availability from 29th December 2010
Cottage Housekeeping
Arrival times are after 3pm and departure times are no later than 10.30am unless
by prior arrangement with the owners of the Cottage. Our week runs from Friday until
Friday. 3 night stays starting on Friday and 4 nights away starting on Monday.
Linen, gas (for the central heating) and electricity (for cooking) are all included
within the weekly or nightly rate, also one fire load of logs during the winter
months.
Towels and linen will be collected for laundering and the end of the first week
a
tumble dryer and washing machine is also provided. The owner will arrange for
the laundry to be collected at a time convenient to the guest. Laundry bags are
provided.

831609 or drop into Digbeths Tea Coffee House and Bistro on Digbeth Street Stow
on the Wold. If we are unavailable a member of our staff group will be pleased to
help you.
A welcome pack is provided which will consist of butter, bread, milk and jam tea
and coffee are the basic minimum, along with cleaning products, toilet rolls and
a small box of dishwasher tablets to start off your stay at the Cottage.
We require all our guests to pay a damage bond of £100 which will be returned to
you within 7 days of your departure if the Cottage is left in good order. Just as
at home equipment breaks down and items can get broken or damaged within your stay.
Please let us know if this happens so we can replace and repair items so the guests
following on are not disappointed.
The garden is maintained between lets where possible and weather permitting
however this is not always possible if we need to undertake gardening or maintenance duties
during your stay we will be as discreet as possible and always liaise with guests
prior to commencing any works.
Travel cot and highchair is
available on request at no extra cost but bedding is
not provided for the cot.
Refuse is collected every other week black bin liners are supplied and need to be
put in the Grey bin and newspapers and bottles in the black and red lidded box.
Any cardboard that will fit needs to be disposed of in the blue bag. The green bin
is for garden refuse only. We thank you for your co-operation in this matter as
it’s the recycling policy for Gloucestershire County Council and penalties may apply
if we do not comply with their policy.
Regretfully we are unable to accept dogs or pets. If you use a guide dog or hearing
dog and you wish to stay at the Cottage please discuss with the Owners who will
make every effort to accommodate your needs.
